The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for the beach and the views were great from the deck. Even saw a fox one night, as well as all the rabbits and 2 ducks that are permanent residents outside.

Enjoyed the freedom of having a little home on the island. Kids loved playing outside. Easy access to isle of wight sanctuary/zoo, sandham gardens walk away. Beaches all round. Buses stop just outside (sandown bay holiday centre)

Location was perfect - quiet position with lovely decking area to enjoy the view - short walk to the beach- nice and clean and tidy on arrival with a welcome pack and useful information pack
