Location was excellent for beach, public transport and food-drink places. Host Lee was very welcoming, his breakfasts were amazing. A traditional b & b. Very quirky decor. Would definitely return.

Location excellent for the beach, town and bus routes. I have stayed at the property several times in 28 years so I knew where the property is and the local amenities, though these are sadly depleted now.

Lee and Sam helpful and friendly hosts, always around to answer questions . Room well stocked with tea , coffee ,milk and bottled water. Great location, near beach pier, shops and bus stop. Full English Breakfast was excellent served from 7.45 onwards Double room was small but had a comfortable bed and nice shower. Definitely value for money,
