Lance & Sarah were great hosts, everything we needed for the holiday was provided, keys were in the front door on arrival, the property was spotlessly clean, great location, 15 min walk to the beach, close to the railway line, very quiet neighbourhood, great beach at Sandown or Yaverland, would definitely recommend the property and would book again if returning to Isle of Wight
