The balcony is close to the bed. I could sit on the bed watching the sea from the balcony which is facing the seafront and lifeguard station. The hotel is within walking distance from sundown library and town centre which makes shopping and getting takeaways very accessible. The room and bathroom was clean. We love the sound of sea waves during High tide in the nights which had helped us to sleep well. Able to see the full moon from the balcony.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. We booked a room with a balcony and sea view, which were great. High Street with shops was just round the corner and a couple of nice pubs very close by.
