Location, the house itself and all the amenities. The house is a lovely spot with access to the beach and other houses around. Very nice and quiet, peaceful with an incredible seafront experience. The house itself is beautiful. Very well planned, organised, with modern amenities and fixtures. You can walk to Sandgate centre and find local shops and a grocery store or have a 30min walk to Folkestone. Uber and food delivery services are also available so you have access to anything you need! The owners have been super friendly, answered are questions, reached out right after the booking and are simply beautiful people. We had such an incredible stay and we’re so grateful they welcome our dogs, too! Very truly recommended!

Perfect location, we enjoyed the views from the windows. You leave the house and you can get to Folkestone by walking in about 20 min right next to the sea. Very relaxing listening to the waves in the morning. Very quiet night time. House has everything you need, very well equipped. We loved the treats, thank you. We'll come back 😊
