The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

I liked the territory of the hotel, the river on the territory, we saw an otter catching a fish.

Beautiful, well-maintained and jungle-like setting. Breakfast was great with multiple options and yummy food. Location is good to reach the nature reserves.

Really close to the orangutan, sun bear and rainforest discovery centres. Beautiful setting. Night jungle walk was great. Easy to get a grab to places even though its in the middle of nowhere. Air con good and kept room cool on the minimum setting and wasn't too loud.

The location is great to visit the orangutan sanctuary and the sunbears reserve. Also close to the rainforest discovery centre for canopy walks etc. The gardens are lovely, tropical plants everywhere. The pool looked ok but we didn't use it. Breakfast was included and was buffet style.
