The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by local cafés and traditional breakfast shops. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the seafood market in Sandakan city center, making it very convenient to taste authentic seafood.

The house is located in a quiet area, close to the Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary. In the early morning, you can hear the sounds of birds, making it suitable for friends who love nature. The space is spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

It only takes a few minutes by car to reach Sandakan Central Market and Agnes Keith House, which are perfect for travelers looking to experience Sabah's culture. There is also a recommendation for the nearby Sim Sim Water Village.
