This home stay is located at the top floor of a beautiful building on a hill, view of surrounding area is nice. Apartment is spacious and clean. Building is located 1.5 km from sandakan harbour area, that can be easily reached with grab rides. Although distance could be easily covered with a 15 minutes walk, road is dark at night and I'd not feel comfortable walking. My daughter loved the panda theme featured in the apartment. Check in instructions shared on the check in day were crystal clear. There's a nice washing/drying machine that we used.

Great little home from home. The check in procedure and instructions were clear and I was able to book this apartment very last minute when my booked accommodation wasn't fit for purpose. Super bonus was the washing machine. Buying a small bag of detergent was cheaper than paying for laundry at another place. The building was quiet and peaceful. Great place to have a break if you are travelling.

Fine place in Sandakan! Nice big appartment in a nice complex. The 18th floor was amazing, nice view!! Very clean, loved the soft bed sheets, lots of space! Can recommend to everyone!

Very considerate host, he sent clear and engaging videos delivering the instructions and directions for collecting the keys to the point of entering the unit. Water pressure is great, no worries about bathing and mirror in bathroom also has LED lights. Located on top floor, absolutely no worries of mosquitoes and great view at the balcony.
