Everything about this place was perfect! Location was great, just outside the main centre of san Teodoro - a car is a must in Sardinia anyway and this is a few minutes drive into San Teodoro centre. The rooms are great, really comfortable, air conditioning, a fridge, quiet and all facilities you need. Breakfast included brioche, cakes and coffee which was perfect for us. The pool was lovely and great to cool off during the hot Sardinian days when back from the beach. The owner was so helpful and the lady who checked us in gave us recommendations and also let us borrow a beach umbrella. We will for sure be returning to Mediterraneo it’s perfect!

Federico is very kind and gives good tips about San Teodoro, including restaurants, grocery shops and beaches. The bed is very comfortable. The accommodation offers private parking, which is very convenient. Good value for money.

Modern and cosy room, looks very new and light-flooded. Very friendly host! Thank you Federico! Good located to reach the beautiful beaches by car and the central of San Teodoro Clean pool and reserved parking slot

Federico is a very hospitable owner. In the beginning of our stay he showed and told about the most beautiful places in San Teodoro. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We asked about beach umbrella and iron and we got it in the same hour.
