Extremely clean and modern, thoughtfully designed and artsy hotel! Room was comfortable and staff were generally friendly, particularly Aitor who helped us on multiple occasions. Appreciate the easy access from hotel to old town by multiple buses (less than 15 mins journey), 5 mins walk to Amara-Donostia Euskotren station to go to France and 15 mins walk to Bus Station to go to Bilbao and other cities.

Our room was on the 3rd floor which was ideal. The location of the hotel was great, only a short distance to the popular places to visit and we spent the evenings in the same neighbourhood as it was lovely.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Lovely, friendly staff, especially like the italian guy who was working at breakfast this week. Nice seating area near the lobby and a café too. There is a car park available for 22 Euros a night, it is quite scary as cars come in and out the same way and there is not space! If you fancy a trip to the beach the hotel have beach towels!
