Very modern, clean with friendly and very helpful staff. A good 30 minute walk to main town, but taxi just under €10, and very easy to book at reception. Adequate parking outside, and easy to find from main routes. Decent price for a hotel of this quality, as San Sebastián commands high prices. Not sure how it will age, as some of wardrobes fittings already needed some maintenance. Big comfy bed and decent shower. Breakfast was ok, with choice of hot and cold food.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The luncheon menu was well priced with a good selection. Breakfast in the cafeteria was also good value. All of the staff were charming and helpful.
