Location, location, location! The hotel was on a quieter street but a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town, and 5 minutes from the centre of Gros. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, even providing a useful list of best pintxos bars and other food destinations in the area.

We were moved to another hotel as there was an issue with the boiler and no hot water.I give a review to highlight the excellent communication from receptionist which we received via calls,texts before we left Cork airport.Not only were we moved to a lovely hotel in an even more convenient area but she was able to give me bus times from Bilbao airport to San Sebastian which assured us as we were arriving much later than expected.Great customer service.

A nice location, a walk from some of the main spots in San Sebastián but being such a walkable place it’s not a problem. The hotel staff were so lovely and helpful and helped made our stay so much better! They have great local knowledge and recommendations.

Small (14 rooms only) hotel very near the city center(s). Excellent, warm and helpfull staff. Room is small but nice and airco is working perfectly (a good thing with way over 30C temps...). Bathroom is very good. Coffee machine for free coffees in the lobby.
