The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and since we were in town we asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in and they were extremely kind and flexible with it. Great location, very spacious room and super clean.

Our host Javier was amazing and went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. We met two of his team, Fatima and Marie Carmen who were so kind and helpful. The accommodation is in a fantastic location for access to all of San Sebastián.
