Please note that prior to arrival, guests must specify if they prefer a double bed or a twin bed.Please note that Terrantai Lodge Andino is not suitable for children due to its design and architecture. Our stone walls or the bonfire we light during the nights in the patio, may cause a risk for children younger than 15 years.Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

The location is just behind the main square. The hotel is in s beautiful historic house, very nicely renovated with great common areas, like sitting areas for a cup of tea in the afternoon, nice cold pool and nice breakfast area where they have wine tasting every night. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We came with a car and they have a private locked up parking area 50 metres away. The rooms are comfortable and well heated. We only figured out that there is no tv after 5 days.

A beautiful hotel, private, central, with warm rooms, comfortable beds and the best shower!! The staff were all lovey and the snacks, tea tasting and wine tasting is a great was to socialise with other travellers. I extended an extra night of my stay.

The property was beautiful. Very well designed. The log fires were to die for. The team were out of this world. Their hospitality and attention to details like remembering your name was something else. The range of events during the day was something else. Breakfast, snacks, tea tasting, wine tasting…. A huge thank you to Christian too - a few of us had such a lovely chat with him over wine tasting.
