The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Such a beautiful property with so much soul. I absolutely loved every single thing. The food was delicious - the breakfast a dream and the lunch/dinner menu so varied and yumm! (I was most concerned about the food because of the reviews here). The location is great, 10 min walk to the Main Street where all the restos, shops, etc are. I can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful place with excellent restaurant and great programme (yoga, sound healing and astronomy); staff was great and super kind when I was feeling sick; However, at the same time during my stay unfortunately wifi wasn’t working for 2 days, my room had no hot water and my request for take away breakfast didn’t work out either.

I really don't understand the criticism of some guests. The rooms are comfortable. The garden is super maintained. Because Latam changed our flights, we arrived very early. We were allowed early check in. Thank you, house keeping who cleaned our room with eye for details. The only todo for the hotel is to organise a pool policy. Russian and UK guests placed towels everywhere so that all places in the shade were occupied although they were not even in the hotel. Inform the guests that towels will be removed if absent.

The hotel is well maintained and it is beautiful. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The staff is really professional, helpful and friendly especially Hever, Felipe and the lady serving the coffees in the morning. The live events were interesting. Very well organised and interesting activities by Trekana.
