Great location near centre of town, very peaceful and quiet. Excellent kitchen/dining area where we could help ourselves to drinks and snacks all day long. Pretty setting

This is an absolutely delightful place to stay in central San Pedro, just a short stroll from the restaurants, shops, cafes and tour agencies on Caracoles and the surrounding streets. Above all, though, Xiaolin has to be the kindest, most gracious and most helpful host I have met in all my years of travelling. I had a wonderful stay here.
