LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The. Hostel and staff are amazing. The room and courtyards are beautiful. The staff are wonderful and made us feel at home. The bed was our most comfortable yet.

The room is comfortable and clean. The common area is very clean as well. The breakfast is very good and they offer you a bag with yogurt, biscuits, cereal bar and juice on the days you have to leave earlier for the tours and they also offer you free water to fill your bottle as much as you need. The location is great, it’s about 10, 15 minutes walk from the city center, but there are some restaurants in the area too. Arnaldo is very friendly, gentle and helpful.

It was a quite hotel, friendly stuff and very good wi-fi (which was the main reason why booked this hotel, because I need to do some remote work). There were a table and chairs both inside the room and in front of the room outside in the garden. There was tea, coffee, water available for free during the day. We had very relaxed time during our stay. When we had pressure and temperature issues with the shower, the stuff immediately took action to fix it.

The owners and housekeeper were really helpful, which we needed. Our bags didn't follow us on the transfer flight and we needed to leave our bags when we went on a trip. They helped with both of those.
