Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beautiful bedrooms with terrace. Good breakfast with hot options. Tea and coffee station plus water dispenser available at all hours. Very good snack box if departing before breakfast at 7 a.m. Free glass of sparkling wine daily. Free laundry if staying over 5 nights. Very quiet when we were there, especially around the pool. Most welcome after a busy day out on a tour.

The location was ogood - a short walk from the main street, the breakfast was not great. The meals at the restaurant were very good. Filtered water easily accessible.
