Please note that 1 child up to 4 years old can stay free of charge in existing beds (share a bed with parents). Children 4 and older are considered adults and count for the room capacity.
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

Pleasant stay at Casa de Don Tomás. The room was very comfortable, with a big bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The pool area was lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the free coffee and water, which were great additions to the experience.

The property was authentically San Pedro De Atacama, which we loved. We enjoyed where it was located and it certainly was one of the better accommodation around. The staff were extremely friendly.

Room was a good size, nice bathroom. Great breakfast selection which was quickly refreshed as things were used up. Front desk staff were very helpful. Water refill point by reception was brilliant. Toilets were exceptionally clean in the main building. Restaurant was nice in the evening, a fairly limited menu but the food was tasty and it saved going into the main town each night. Less than a ten minute walk to the high street. Laundry service was efficient and good value for money (apparently free if we had stayed one more night!)
