Please note check-in is at 14:00, guests arriving before are welcome to leave their bags at the luggage storage and use the hotel's facilities until their room is ready. If rooms are ready and available before 14:00, guests are welcome to use the room.--Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Good WiFi, lovely staff who are very accommodating. Very close to bus station. The restaurant next door to the hostel is excellent and great Value for money, would recommend.

We could park our motorcycles safetly. Other than that it was a standard hostel.

The young lady staff was extremely helpful. She gave detailed explanations about how to get to trails by bike. The mountain bike the hostel offered was in excellent condition so I had no problems on the two trips I made. The location was also good because it was about a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal. There were plenty of places to chill at this hostel, a large lounge at the reception area, a patio and a terrace.

The hostel is a little bit out of the main street, but still very walkable. The room was spacious and our private bathroom was very big as well. The two hostel dogs are very nice. The room wasn’t super clean when we arrived. The kitchen is basic and there is a nice terrace to chill.
