The villa is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The kitchen is not big but fully equipped! Each room has air conditioning. The outside area is spacious and the view from the terrace is amazing! There is an outdoor shower. The hosts were nice & helpful. The closest white sand beach is a few minutes drive by car (~3km) in Portisco (with paid parking). Other beautiful costa smeralda beaches reachable quickly as well ~ 11-15km. Recommend this place!

Villa Graniti is an amazing place to spend some holidays on the Costa Smeralda. It is close to beautiful beaches and the main point of interests of the region. The village of San Pantaleo is also a lovely place for the evening. The villa itself is nice and comfortable and very well equipped. The view and the terrace are gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!

The location is perfect, close to several beautiful beaches, reachable by car within minutes. Also the nearby San Pantaleo village is wonderful. The owners are very nice, giving us all the information we need. The view from the villa is amazing, we enjoyed the terrace and the garden with sea view, the peace and quite we found there. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
