This property offers everything a good holiday needs and is located in a beautiful place in nature to fully relax, close to San Pantaleo. The entire property is very well cared for and perfectly maintained, and the very friendly owners give you a super warm feeling as soon as you arrive. The dogs are just as sweet as the owners. Highly recommended for people looking for a location in nature. Giorgio and his wife are super nice people and do a very good job. Absolutely worth a 10 !

Giorgio made us feel at home from the second we arrived. We loved every minute of our stay and the facilities could not have been better. The apartment/house had everything we wished for and we enjoyed the tranquil location, magnificent pool, lovely dogs and cats. The beaches are breathtaking, especially if you can get there early.

We loved everything about the property. We stayed in the charming pink villa with picturesque views of the pool, beautifully maintained gardens, and serene mountains. The property had everything we needed for a peaceful & relaxing 12-day stay, we felt very much at home. Emanuella and Giorgio, the delightful owners, gave us a warm welcome and were always available to assist or offer recommendations as needed. The villa is ideally located near the stunning beaches of Costa Smeralda and just 15 minutes from San Pantaleo, where we discovered a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and a wonderful gelateria.
