Straight forward no-nonsense. Good beds and nice bathroom. Very friendly host. Breakfast simple and nice. Great coffee, Croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice

Hosts were very kind and welcoming! The place is in the center of San Pantaleo and you can walk everywhere!

Very clean and quiet. Nicely appointed room. Good location. Breakfast was lovely. The property is above a restaurant where we had dinner. It was very good. This is also where breakfast is served It was a very pleasant stay in San Pantaleo

Hospitality is the word and the guys in B&B Da Nicoletta have it in spades. It doesn't take much to go that extra little bit to make a great stay into excellent stay. You may be underwhelmed by the building but the room was spotless, everything worked and the bed was super comfortable. But it's the friendliness of the staff that stands out here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Their proximity to the Costa Smerelda is excellent. And by the way their restaurant is very good too.
