“Recently renovated with fantastic views”

Set in the heart of San Miniato alto, Casa Nina was perfect for our needs. Recently renovated, the 1-bedroom (spacious bedroom with queen bed, freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers) apartment comprises a small kitchen/dining area; small living area with television; small balcony with table and chairs; washing machine; good sized bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, generous wash basin; split system air-conditioning for the whole apartment. The kitchen has basic supplies such as crockery, cutlery, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, moka coffee pot but you’ll have to bring your own tea and coffee. The apartment is on the third floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb but the view from the kitchen and balcony is stunning. Just a few minutes walk from the weekly Tuesday market, gelateria, butcher, pasticceria cafe, wine bars and restaurants, San Miniato is a great place to stay for a few days and soak up local life in a real town. Luigi and his wife, Cosetta were welcoming and helpful, just a phone call (or What’s App) away. Cosetta met us at the apartment and helped us up to the apartment, explaining the layout before handing over the keys. She even kindly took time out of her day to recover my hat which I’d left in the apartment when we departed.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the apartment, making every morning and evening feel special. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Another big plus is its excellent location for exploring Tuscany, as many of the main attractions are just a short distance away.(Pisa, Lucca, Livorno...etc) Communication with the host was smooth, Luigi is smiling, kind and helpful. If you're looking for a perfect spot to explore the city and beyond while enjoying breathtaking views, this is the place to book! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment was clean, well equipped and located perfectly. Luigi was a fantastic host who was communicative and really helpful in organising our entrance and checkout from the property amongst travel disruption. He also left us a bottle of Tuscan wine to enjoy on the balcony, which has one of the best views of my life.
