The host was very kind and helpful - he showed us our room and the basics for the air conditioning unit and the kitchen. The breakfast was great - the host came to serve us coffee each morning and he was very helpful - he recommended us destinations for day trips and shorter trips too. The location is very convenient since it's not far away from the regional road so there are a lot of places reachable without too long of a drive. The property itself is very peaceful and has a rustic feel, I liked the pergolas around the pool. There's enough room around the property to lounge during the day, there's enough trees that there's shady spots at every time of the day.

We want to say a huge thank you to Stephano who is the most helpful, kind host we've ever had, and we'd like to thank him for all his help, the day we arrived we were unable to access the car we hired, due to the new laws regarding the IDP, which would mean no travel around Tuscany for us, Stephano help us to sort out our issues the next morning, he went out off his way to help in every possible way, enabling us to fulfill our dream of driving around this beautiful place, His knowledge of Italy was second to none. He was always happy to give advice, directions, lone u his travel books, where to eat for authentic food, and more. Breakfast time, we were greeted with coffee, a big smile and help always offered, sometimes living with celiac disease can be stressful, but not at this hotel, I was brought GF bread, cakes and muffins, also, cheeses, meats, fruit, plus lots more. The place is beautifully rustic and very Italian.The views were spectacular and surrounded in olive trees and vineyards. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be only back. Good location, very quiet, the hospitality was amazing and breakfast was lovely. The owner is super helpful and knowledgeable about local places to visit. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is lovely and modern.
