It was our first time in Toscany, and after this visit, deffo, not the last one. It was a great experience to an extent, that it's crossed our mind to move and start new life there. We really liked the location as it was far from main roads, but not to far, main roads were 5-10 mins drive away so if you needed to go somewhere like to Florence, Rome, Venice or closer smaller but beautiful towns like Lucca, Vinci, Volterra any other destinations it was really easy to commute there. The villa is situated in a very nice place on the hill, surrounded by olive trees. It's a traditional Italian villa with traditional decorations. The kitchen is equipped enough to cook an evening meal. However, if you don't fancy cooking, there are plenty of restaurants in nearby little beautiful town San Miniato. At villa, there were great spots to sit at and relax. The swimming pool is decent size. You could spend a really nice evening sitting outside at the supplied comfortable outdoor furniture. Breakfasts were very delicious, there was a wide choice and everyone could find and choose something for breakfast, pistachio, chocolate and marmalade homemade croissants were delicious. Mr Stefanno and his whole family were great, Steffano's head is full of great ideas and recommendations. Edwardo, the older Steffano's son, is a great host as well. We are really happy we have chosen Bellavista as our place to stay. It was spot on and worth every cent.

We enjoyed the view, the pool and especially the fantastic breakfast! Stefano was very good to tell us where to go, what to see etc. We were 9 travelling together and it was easy to find space to eat together. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the garden. Lots of mtb routes and close to cities like Lucca, Pisa and Firenze. We can highly recommend this place. Very italian style :)
