The poolside area is very nice, especially suitable for families with children. There were many families with kids during our stay. Sam’s Bakery is lovely — it was a joy to grab something from there in the mornings. The room was well-equipped with many utensils and tools for cooking, drying clothes, etc. The staff were very helpful and tried to resolve any issues we had. Estefan, in particular, was extremely helpful — without him, our holiday wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable.

Room was ok, slightly on the small side, stayed at this resort Christmas through our timeshare -2 bed apartment which was a lot nicer than the one bed apartment we booked thought Booking.co. Early Checking available, staff at the resort really lovely. Ok for a short break, but I wouldn't want to do 2 week in the apartment we stayed in. Food at Zacary's was nice and quite reasonable.
