We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

This place is so family friendly and children oriented, yet also maintains a truly luxury feel for adults, which is very impressive. This is especially true of the restaurants which all served exceptional food. The Family Acqua Park was a huge hit, and the wood-panelled room very attractive.
