Overall it's a great place to stay, very comfy and cozy apartment with superb view. Super friendly and helpful owner. it is very peaceful and quiet place, the venue is located on the top of a hill away from the village, nice and easy 20 minutes walk. Our apartment "Olive" is equipped with a modern fireplace, it works very smoothly, so in the dark we were watching burning wood instead of staring at a smartphone's screen :-) We were travelling with our dog, and were very particulary pleased with our apartment's delicately fenced front yard. It is great to have your very own space when you travel with a dog. Super extra to avoid "Who let the dog out!" screams :-)

Laura was an amazing host, she was really helpful. The aparrment was perfect and the locality was very nice. Pool area with the bar was also great, even though we didn't have a chance to use it much, since our baby was sleeping in the evening and during the day we were traveling around :-)

Good location, clean , specious, well looked after by the owner who is on site , well equipped, good size pool, beach bar , ping pong table , darts and many other activities on site, nice view towards the valley, safe parking and many more! I wouldn't definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes quiet spot yet with a good range to the sea or some major Tuscan cities.

Very nice accommodation with a lovely pool. We enjoyed our time at Il Pino very much. It’s calm and relaxing, great to refresh in the pool, play ping pong or darts. The apartment is well equipped and the location is super to visit Lucca or the sea. Laura is very helpful with great tips. Thank you very much, Laura! We hope to come back to Il Pino. We highly recommend it! :-)
