All the staff were remarkably friendly. The room was quite clean, shower gel and shampoo were available. The water heater in the bathroom worked very fast.

Lovely Staff Cafés and Restaurants near by Supermarket too We were 15 minutes away from Warner Bros. Park

It was a quiet village, bus are rare like 30 mins interval. Restaurants are around the area though not much of a choice of foods. The hotel is clean outside and reception, the room looks tidy but drawers were not cleaned. There’s packets of crisps and dusty. Toilet is clean, though shower is tiny can’t complain for the price paid. There’s a small fridge but we have not used it. Large cupboards for things but hanger is fixed tend to make noise as i can hear from other room and ours so have to be slowly moving specially coming late night. The ambience of the hotel is child-friendly with drawings of animals on the wall.
