The owner was very welcoming and friendly .He assisted with parking in the hotel garage and explained what to see and was very knowledgeable about the monastery and palace.

Very warm welcome where time was taken to not only explain the facilities but a short presentation of the town with maps was given. Easy to find and parking available on site.

Fabulous location and comfortable clean room. Ignacio was wonderful, gave us lots of information about visiting the town and the escritorial. He also took time to help me with speaking spanish. Parking was available and easy to locate. Short walk to cafes and restaurants, cute town and had a great stay.
