The place is quiet, still well located. The swimming pool was clean and a big plus! We had a great stay.

Within minutes walk to the beach which had a bar restaurant where we had two dinners. The pool is enormous and refreshing. The apartment has A/Cs in the bedroom and livingroom. A good basic kitchen with a kettle.

I was quite surprised at the quality of this stay- it was much much better than the photographs portray. This apartment is within the compound of a family home, which is cleverly designed so that the house faces one way, and the apartment sits at a lower level with privacy. There is a large swimming pool in the garden which is beautiful clean and refreshing, and there was an open invitation to use the pool and the sunbeds surrounding it. The apartment itself is in the lower half of the house, and is cool and well appointed. I didn’t make use of the kitchen facilities much though it’s well equipped for a small family stay. The bathroom is clean and very well finished with a great shower. The host, Fabio, is a very kind gentleman and nothing is too much trouble for him to sort out. He likes speaking English too! He was reliable, communicated effectively and gave a good introduction to the house and its workings. The area is also really pleasant and a welcome alternative to staying in Agrigento. Only 8mins away from the valley of the temples, San Leone is a good spot for a relaxing break outside of the chaos of the city. The apartment and house are located towards the quieter end of town, and there is 2km of easy access beaches (lots of free public space and kitesurfing) travelling east. There are some good restaurants within a short walk, and a couple of beach clubs if you want to spend the day in comfort (€15 for 2 sun beds and an umbrella all day, plus changing facilities and showers).

A very cosy and cleaned property, where u have you independence. quiet and nice. owner is super nice and make u feel super confortable. i would strongly recommend it.
