A very nice, albeit small, room offering an extremely comfortable bed, microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge and access to an amazing roof terrace. The host is amazing and very helpful, doing everything possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The bathroom is indeed extremely small, as mentioned in other reviews, but sufficient for a solo traveller. Beach, restaurants, bars and shops are all in walking distance. Overall, a perfect place for a solo traveller. For couples, I would recommend to book the other room available which is much bigger. Not usable for anyone with walking issues since the stairs to the room are rather steep and can be slippery

Location is excellent. few minutes walk from Beach. and also many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. nice room as described (be aware in 4th floor with no elevator but you know that). beautiful terrace you share with owner. owner (couple) super nice. I was able to store my luggage at their apartment before check in time. very comfortable bed! perfect apartment for a few days - but as said by others if you stay longer I suggest somewhere with a bigger bathroom and ‘real kitchen’; but apartment had microwave & coffee maker. apartment has air conditioning but did not need it - nice breeze with Widows open (but have mosquitoes protection);

Amazing room and a fantastic location just a few meters from the beach—it's the best spot in the city! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in San Juan, and staying here made my trip even better. The room is wonderful, and the rooftop is truly something special!

Host was great! Location was amazing near tons of tourist spots and nearby walk to the beach and major restaurants and 24 hour grocery store nearby.
