Staff - led by Nick - are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for access to the SJCC - a 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Parking is available and free. Pricing is usually very appealing but can rise on weeks with very high demand.

It was the perfect stay. Very close to downtown. Staff was very friendly. The room was big and bed was comfortable. Free parking!!! We will be back if we come to San Jose again.

Great access and convenient parking. Good room space, comfortable and perfectly located for the convention center obviously, and downtown San Jose if you gotta be there -- also right next to a great coffee shop. The owner is also welcoming and helpful. The overall vibe is cosy.
