A cute rustic-style hotel, centrally located within a walking distance of everything there is to see for a tourist in San Jose downtown. The buffet breakfast did not offer great variety, but was traditional Costa Rican, very tasty and sufficient. No restaurant within the hotel, but some good choices within a block or two away.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, location close to city centre. WiFi worked okay, shower was good. Luggage storage and airport transfer went well.

Very helpful and friendly team at the reception. Perfect location to reach the important places by foot. I even received a free upgrade to a higher room category - thank you very much!

Great location - safe streets even after sunset. Many food options around. Attentive and flexible staff. FABULOUS BREAKFAST! Also, we managed to secure late checkout for 25 bucks (quite a lot but worth each penny if you want to go to the airport fully refreshed)
