Staff were excellent, very helpful. Excellent English. My room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The room was facing the inner courtyard and was very quiet. Only there for 1 night. Great location.

Amazing, very beautiful hotel in the city center. Great restaurant attached to it (not cheap). All you could want to be super central in San Jose. The constant droning of the outside modules of the ACs was a bit of a bumper to the experience. Everything else: great.
