Surrounded by tropical gardens, Maya Mountain Lodge & Tours offers an outdoor pool, and bright accommodation with free Wi-Fi and wonderful garden views. San Ignacio town is 2.5 km away.

It has a great view of our gardens and swimming pool from the shared outside deck, where you can do bird watching anytime of the day. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and in the living room it has one twin bed. It also has a full functional kitchen, one bathroom and Free Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Great jungle location with plenty of birds outside your window - Cesar and the staff were wonderful. Good in-house dining options if you don’t want to head out for dinner after a long day trekking the jungle and ruins.

Maya Mountain is great if you want to spend time surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful surrounding, and the trail in the forest was a daily relief for me. If you want to be at the center of things - then this is not the place for you.

The grounds of the property are lovely - including the short nature trail! The staff, particularly Cesar, were very helpful in booking my tours and transport across the border - highly recommend!
