The location is incredible, the views from the flat are great, it has its own private tower with 360 degrees views which was incredible, can recommend this place enough. It’s not cheap but you get when you pay for. The host was really flexible too, she helped with all our requests.

The views from the living room, kitchen balcony and of course the roof are just unbelievable. The apartment feels huge and light and well thought out, also very well placed in town. Smack bang in the middle but acts like a little oasis amongst the tourists on the streets below.

Fantastic property with amazing views. Best place we've ever stayed in. The roof top terrace is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening with 360 view of the city and surrounding lands. And San Gimignano is such a cute little town.
