Hotel location in the heart of the main square , perfect location. Hotel staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, the room was perfect . A very good breakfast with stunning views. Be warned that to drop luggage off you have to drive to the front door , a drive through the back of the city and some narrow streets. Follow the directions the hotel supply and you should be ok. I enquired about the shuttle service from the car park as there was four of us with large suitcases , this was lost in translation and was not made available to myself. All in all would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again , 5 star .

The location and view from the room was exceptional. Using the shared terrace was an added bonus.

The location was excellent. Staff were really helpful and helped resolve problems caused by rail strike. Views, from our room and elsewhere in hotel, fabulous. Restaurant was good value for money.

A hotel in a perfect spot, right in the centre of San Gimignano. Our room was in the tower with beautiful views over the square, up several flights of stairs, and we were aware of that. The hotel replied to all our requests very swiftly. Superb breakfast. We ate in their restaurant on the square, recommended.
