A wonderful place, exceptionally clean and with an authentic atmosphere. In a lovely quiet area within walking distance of the old part of the town.

Easy checkin as the owner lives nearby. Big apartment with nice view and balconys. Beds are wide and comfortable. Our kids loved the the old style furniture, even if it was a mix of antiques and modern style which might be a matter of taste. Very nice location 10min walk to the center. Overall it was a great value for money. The owner does not speak English, but you can write messages via booking and we were checked in by owners son who does speak English very well. The owner was so nice that they let us to use their parking until 3PM.

Casa Simonetta is in the Santa Lucia area of San Gimignano and is about 10 minutes on foot to the historic centre. The apartment is very big and tastefully furnished. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating.
