The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location couldn't have been better and close to nice bars, shops, etc. Very accessible by public transport and easy to get taxis everywhere.

The gentleman at the reception desk named Norsten was wonderful, helpful and made a difference to the quality of experience. For example he was helpful in providing directions to the BART station or getting a taxi. All service was with a smile.
