The staff at the Omni were amazing. Especially the night staff. A big thank you to Nika the night security lady for helping us with a jetlagged baby at 3:30am. We look forward to seeing you before our return to the UK.

Super hotel! Calm, peaceful (yes, even in the middle of San Francisco!) with lovely helpful staff. On arrival my flight was delayed by more than 3 hours meaning that I finally got here at past 2am! I had managed to text ahead so there was someone at Reception waiting for me. After checking me in, he took me and my heavy bags to the room. So grateful! I had the best night's sleep of my entire trip. Traditional decor and comfort but with the usual modern facilities.
