Staff were lovely, let us leave luggage and really helpful, always answered any questions we asked. Room was adequate, a little small but expected for price and location. Amazing location, so easy to get to everything and felt safe.

Loved our stay here in San Francisco! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Union Square, public transportation, shops and popular sightseeing spots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
