The location was close to the wharves and easy to get to. The hotel had balcony access on the ground floor and from our room, so there were lovely outdoor areas to access. The staff were very helpful and obliging.

I had a room on the top floor because it was my birthday trip - I could see the Ferris wheel on the pier. When I stayed at this hotel it was fully booked and I really liked how well organized the breakfast process was, it felt like a decent restaurant, a large group of staff helped seat guests, keep the dining room clean and restock the food in a timely manner. The hotel is clean, looks nice and fresh, the gym is small but enough to keep your body active when you are away from home and your normal routine, the pool is great, with a fairly deep area, a comfortable temperature for swimming. I am incredibly grateful that this hotel offers free luggage storage after check out. I have a wonderful experience!
