From the very start every single staff member was polite & more than happy to help! Check in staff delivered very clear instructions & answered any questions we had. Very clean & inviting lobby area & easy access to different side streets. Large clean rooms with large bathrooms. Check out staff member was outstanding! Went above & beyond for our kids with leaving gifts of colouring books & also some great advice on driving around the city!

We stayed three nights at the Nikko Hotel SF and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even helping us resolve a booking error we made ourselves and sorting it out perfectly. The hotel’s location right in the heart of the city is excellent, making it easy to explore San Francisco. If you have a car, I’d recommend using the self‑parking facility next door. All in all, a very pleasant stay

Everything was wonderful. Clean, very nice staff, all the facilities. Very good location, we really enjoyed the view we had from the room window. Unfortunately we stayed too short.
