The location was great, very close to Fisherman's wharf and Pier 39. The staff on the check in desk were very helpful and friendly. Lots of free games in the lobby which was a nice touch.

Great location if you are visiting San Francisco and are planning to do the usual tours such as Alcatraz, Golden Gare Bridge. Easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. The lobby area and access to games made for easy entertainment. Hotel was very clean and well equipped. There is a pool area which we didn’t use but looked good. Access to bicycles is also available. Grab and go snack service available in bar/lobby area. Minimal dealings with reception staff but any we had the staff were extremely professional and helpful.

Everything is perfect except for the single ply window that let the noise from the street get in the room to easily. Otherwise perfect hotel for a family trip…

Great location close to Fisherman’s Wharf and the boat to Alcatraz. The hotel was cool with fun facilities for teens/kids, although we didn’t have time to experience most of them. Comfortable beds and rooms, all very clean. Well equipped gym and good value overall.
