Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent close to public transport and many restaurants.

Room was comfortable, bit of a breeze coming from under the door but had option for heating and an extra blanket. Shower heads were quite low/flimsy but pressure is good. Location was very handy to China town and not too far to walk to the Pier. Staff were friendly and accommodating for late check in and holding bags after check out.

The location was great for me. Only 1 block away from Chinatown and easy walk to public transport and the posh shopping precinct and Union Square.
