If you have 10 or more guests in your booking, please contact the hostel as different policies apply.Guests may only stay up to 14 nights in a calendar year. Please note, reservations do not have to be for consecutive dates.Please note: Parties travelling with children under the age of 12 must stay in a private room or rent out an entire dorm room.The hotel's lift will be closed for maintenance from early December 2024 through June 2025. During this time, all hostel areas will be accessible only by stairs.Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hostel organises lots of activities and there is plenty of information about the city plans/leisure. The hostel lounge is quite nice

World class hostel. Place to be if you're stopping by in SF! Great comfy rooms, awesome atmosphere and really well-organized. Staff was resolutive every single time. Common areas are super clean. Furniture and design are great and makes you feel comfy and cozy.
