The hotel itself was great, quirky and lovely. Great facilities, location and the rooms were fab, not huge but really well thought out the tech was excellent. But what made our stay really great were the staff. Whoever came up with the CitizenM philosophy and customer services training has got it spot on, wonderful! From the moment we arrived all the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but a huge thank you to Lorenzo and Riser in particular, they went above and beyond and made our stay fabulous, they really are great ambassadors to the brand and hotel. It was our first time in a CitizenM, but after this stay we will definitely seek them out in the future, loved it. Thank you.

Rooms were clean, hotel was in a good location. It felt secure with security on the door. The gym was a good size with reasonable equipment. For the price, it was a fantastic place to stay in the city
