Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. We enjoyed having free coffee, water and snacks in the lounge after a tiring day of exploring.

The location was perfect! An 8 minute walk from the BART train station. Very close to food, shops and pier 39 was a 30 minute walk away. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. There were free cookies and coffee at the front desk. There is also a 7/11 and Walgreens right next door.
