A hidden gem in San Floriano del Collio! This 17th-century villa surrounded by the gentle hills and vineyards of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is pure enchantment. The setting is peaceful and inspiring, perfect for wine lovers and those who appreciate historic charm. The rooms maintain their original character with exposed beams, antique furniture, and elegant details, while offering all modern comforts. The hosts are warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable about the region’s wine culture. Waking up to vineyard views, sipping local wines at sunset, and enjoying the calm of the countryside made this one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Highly recommended for a refined, relaxing, and truly Italian escape.

We chose the property because we had a wedding 5 minutes from there and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the vineyards, the furniture was antique and comfortable, the room is equipped with AC, it's very bright and the property itself is beautiful and very vintage. The breakfast was plentiful and served on a terrace-garden. There is also a lot of parking space next to the property.

Absolutely great small hotel near Gorizia, a short drive from the town. Located on top of a hill with beautiful view to surrounding hills. The stone hotel building is stylish as is the elegant, large room. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom - but by far the best is swimming pool in a big garden, surrounded by trees. Just amazing! Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of tasty food, Italian style. Excellent service. All in all, great place to stay!
