The staff were very friendly and helpful to rectify the room and noise issues we had at the start of our stay. Isabella at the front desk was very good and wanted to highlight her helpfulness. Restaurant (Red Marlin) was very nice for both breakfast and dinner. Pool and water slides were fantastic for the kids who had an absolute blast. Location was great next to the Marina, 5min drive to Mission Beach and Sea World.

The welcome from arriving and being upgraded at no extra cost from floor 1 to 15 with a wonderful view over the marina. The room was very spacious, comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and small balcony to enjoy the marina view and mountains on the distance. The staff are an asset to the hotel, on the front desk Pierre and Tyler were brilliant, on the concierge team Monique had a smile to make anyones day and Hunter and john so kind and helpful. Wonderful service.

I was travelling with my nieces and this. was a very child friendly hotel, the pool has slides, and a free "kids bar", there is an area to play games like ping pong and giant jenga and a stand for shaved ice and ice cream. Being on the bay us great we kayaked and did stand up paddle board every day.
